During your first appointment, we’ll collaborate on your design, discuss your vision in detail, and take your dental impression to ensure a precise custom fit. Your second appointment is your fitting session, where we carefully adjust your piece to ensure a snug and comfortable fit that perfectly complements your anatomy. Once everything is finalized and comfortable, your custom grill is ready to take home.

This appointment option is reserved exclusively for clients who are currently within their one-month tooth gem warranty period. If your warranty period has expired, your appointment request will be denied. Please only book a warranty appointment if you are able to attend. If you miss, no-show, or fail to attend your scheduled warranty appointment, your warranty will be forfeited and you will no longer be eligible for a complimentary replacement. Warranty appointments require time to be reserved specifically for you. A missed appointment takes away availability that could have been offered to another client, so we are unable to reschedule missed warranty appointments.
